New format for Bar exams starting 2011
MANILA, Philippines - Starting next year,
the Bar exams will have a new format,
the Supreme Court (SC) announced Friday.
The new format, which will be implemented
starting September 2011, will be 60%
multiple choice and 40% essay.
The SC said the exam is expected to
be harder, because the multiple choice
questions will be "very precise."
Given the choice of 3 correct options,
the examinee needs to choose the
best one.
